It’s hard to think about anything else when Cyclone Yasi, a category 5 cyclone is looming off the coast of North Queensland. Yet again, Queensland has been put to the test, possibly the hardest test yet, especially for all people up north. If there is one important thing that has been said over the last few months, houses can be rebuilt but people can’t be replaced.
So while trying to explain the gravity of the situation to the girls this morning, we stopped and made a little wish, hoping for everyone to stay safe and brave through this monster and make it a story of survival!
